Ever since I finished watching Friends, American sitcoms have always been one of my favorites. These light and addictive shows can leave you chuckling for hours, and Modern Family never fails to abide by this. Every episode in this series is just hilarious; it comes in mockumentary style that includes so many laugh-out-loud moments and witty retorts in as short as a 22-minute time frame. Each episode also involves multiple storylines, and most of the time they all come together in the end.
Obviously, this show is about family; it revolves around three families who are interrelated through Jay Pritchett, the main protagonist of the story. There are 12 main characters in the sitcom, and you will see each one of them (especially the kids) grow up as you start from season 1 up to season 11. Each character is amusing in their own way; but as for me, my top three characters include Gloria, Phil, and Haley. Not only will this series make you cry with laughter, but it will also give you heartwarming quotes and valuable life lessons that you can treasure for life. Seriously, if you want to sit back, relax, and see a “feel good” show, just try streaming its first episode and it will make you want to binge-watch the entire season!
